Fidel said everything went fine but there was just one thing that he was not satisfied with. He was not kept up to date at all. He always had to be the one to initiate the contact between himself and the business. His vehicle was three days late due to a parts delay. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because of the previous reasons mentioned. He was not satisfied with their communication because of the reason listed above.
