William said he was bothered by the lack of communication with his contact person. He did a lousy job keeping him informed with the progress of the repairs. They could have done a better job with the communication. He said he was not happy because he had to call them and even when he called and left messages, no one returned his calls. He had to take his vehicle back because the spoiler wing mechanism was not adjusted properly. It would not go up and down. There was no promised time given for when his vehicle would be ready. The repairs took longer than he expected. He would not recommend them because of the reasons mentioned above.
