Spoke with Mary. She said they did not fix her vehicle at all. She said it actually seems like the vehicle got worse. The dashboard squeaks every time she switches lanes or drives over a bump. She has already called Cheryl, her service representative, which she says is great and told her about what happened. Cheryl told her to bring it back in and they will take care of the problem completely. She also asked for a five series loaner vehicle and made reservations. They were not prepared when she got to the business. She had to wait for an hour. This is the second time this has happened. If they can fix the vehicle then she will be very pleased about it.
