Linda said she was absolutely satisfied with the quality of the repair service, except for 1 issue. When she arrived, she spoke with 1 person who handled the original estimate. The representative handed off the estimate to another representative who handled the rest of the repair service. They failed to include the additional repair service she requested to be included with the repair service. She wanted the running board to be fixed, and it would have been a simple repair service she was willing to pay for while her vehicle was being fixed. Otherwise, they were top drawer. Her repair service was absolutely completed on time, and the tracking system was fabulous. She was absolutely satisfied with the staff, and she would recommend the business for repair services too. The business could serve her better by listening to the customer above and beyond what the insurance company wants, because she was willing to pay for the additional repair service.
