Josephine said she had a horrible experience. It took forever for her to get her vehicle. Her vehicle was 3 weeks late. They had to order parts, and the insurance company caused part of the delay. The insurance company told her they had already spoken to this business. She was not kept informed during the repairs. She said she was not treated well at all because they took so long on her vehicle. She would not recommend this business for all of the reasons already stated. She would never go back to this business.
