Nancy said the quality of the work was exceptional. Someone had broken into her new vehicle. It had less than 600 miles on it. The passenger's window was broken. The damage it did was awful. The glass cut the leather seats and there was glass all over. Jeff Embody was the employee that helped her. He saw things she didn't see. They did a walk through together. He made sure everything was fixed and taken care of. All she had to do was drive up, they gave her a rental vehicle and they took care of the rest. Her insurance took care of the rental. She was pleased with everything.
