Greg said the business was pretty good about staying in contact with the insurance company but his wife was the one who kept in contact with the business about the progression of the vehicle. He said when he went into the business to test drive and inspect the vehicle he noticed that the overall body work of the vehicle was fine except for two spots that seemed to be touched up by hand. Alex and Randy, managers of the business, did not hesitate to fix the problem but the return of the vehicle was delayed 3 to 4 hours.
