Claudia said the repair process was very long. It took three and a half weeks to finish the repair. The side of the vehicle is still loose. She is not satisfied with the quality of the repair because of what has already been shared. The vehicle was two and a half weeks late because additional parts had to be ordered. The business would not receive a recommendation because of the lack of quality and the poor timing.
