Anna said her vehicle was there for a long time and there were 4 additional scratches that were not there before. It took 1.5 weeks longer than promised and she was not given a reason for the delay. She had to call constantly to get updates. She wasn't satisfied with the communication due to her not getting any updates. She will not recommend the business due to this experience.
