Irene said this business was not very friendly to her. They changed the promise date 3 different times. The third time she would not even look at the texts and waited for a telephone call. Nobody telephoned her so she contacted them and her vehicle was ready. They gave her a promise date at the beginning without knowing what needed to be done to her vehicle. They had her vehicle for 4 weeks. Nobody telephoned her and the only reason she got texts was because she contacted her claims adjustor to complain she had no idea what was happening to her vehicle. That same day she received a text saying her vehicle was going into the body shop. She is unsure of all the reasons for the delays but she knows 1 delay had to do with them waiting for and installing the convertible top. She telephoned and left messages with the assistant and at one point the manager came out and spoke to her but, he was no more pleasant than any of the other employees. She did receive a telephone call from the estimator assistant telling her they received the convertible top and were installing it. At one point she went to the service department on a Saturday and the treatment she received from those employees was day and night compared to the repair facility. She would not recommend them due to everything stated above and would rather only use the service department of the affiliated dealership.
