Thomas said his vehicle was not ready when promised and there was a small chip in the hood which they promised they would take care of it but they did not. It was over an hour late and no reason was given for the delay. He agreed to come to get his vehicle about 4 hours later. He was not satisfied with this business' communication because they did not keep him informed. He would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.
