Review for Momentum BMW Mini-Body Shop
Andrew C. on 12/27/2014
Andrew said his vehicle took two months to repair and the original estimate was 3-4 weeks. He stated it seemed there were extended delays in communication between the business and the paying insurance company, especially on the supplements that were needed. The delays were stressing because he ran out of insurance coverage on the rental two weeks before the vehicle was ready. There are two dings above the door on the roof line. He said he does not believe those dents were there before he dropped the vehicle off. They are placed in a way that it would not be a street occurrence. He needs to go back as the drivers' seat does not adjust upwards like it should. He said he knows they did work on a portion of the head rest that comes forward in an accident. His vehicle has 31,000 miles so it is not something that was broken before the accident. He stated he wonders if that is another repair the insurance pays for, or does the business need to address this issue. The bodywork itself is excellent, and the quality of repair seems very good.
