Gilberto said it took 2 weeks until his vehicle was ready. During the last week he kept calling in but he was not able to get a hold of his estimator. When he would call the front desk they kept transferring him and placing him on hold. They missed repairing a cracked tail light so they need to contact the insurance to notify them of the missed repair. His vehicle took 1 week and 2 days longer than the promise date they gave him. They told him it was because they had a lot of work. He would not recommend the business because of the lack of communication and poor timing. He said if they are going to take longer than the promise date, it is important to communicate.
