Spoke with Kevin. He said the business used his backseat for storage so the leather got damaged. The vehicle was dropped off during the Thanksgiving holiday and the repairs was scheduled to take 2 weeks. He was not able to pick up the vehicle for 6 weeks. He received 7 delay notices via email but was not given any reasons for the delay.
