Ana said the business lacked communication and held her vehicle for a long time. She brought her vehicle in November 9 and just received it January 23. There were fingerprints on the outside of the vehicle and the glass was not finished correctly. Instead of reassuring her the vehicle would be repaired promptly, the employees gave her attitude. She thinks the business should reimburse her with another vehicle. The electrical light came on after pick up but had to bring back for safety purposes. The business did not call, she had to go in person to search for license plates because they never called to tell her they were in and when they did arrive the people at the business misplaced them. She thinks the business needs to improve in every aspect of their operations.
