Fred said his vehicle was about 3 weeks later than promised due to difficultly finding a specific part. He does not feel he was kept adequately informed during the repair process because no one had contacted him from the business regarding the status of the vehicle even after it was more than a week late. He was not satisfied with the business communication because they were very vague about why his vehicle was late and never really gave him a straight answer regarding when it would be finished. For these reasons he would not recommend this business for service.
