John said it ended up being an extra day longer to get his vehicle back due to being busy. He was the one who called to see what was happening. He was somewhat satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel. Something was overlooked and he ended up waiting about an extra 30 to 35 minutes due to a missed area on his vehicle. While sitting, he mostly talked with a receptionist. Other then that he did not have very much communication with the business, he didn't talk much with the employee he was dealing with due to being busy. Even though he would still recommend this business to others, he suggests to have more employees.
