Laura said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair on her vehicle because when she drove her vehicle home she noticed that her alignment was off. She said this business didn't fix her alignment after the wreck she was in. Her vehicle was ready a day or two later than her promised time and she didn't know why it was so much later. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because when she picked her vehicle up her bill was several hundred dollars more then she was quoted but they never called her to tell her it would be more or why. She asked them multiple times over the phone if they would send her an email with a break down of exact prices or a spreadsheet of the exact details of what her vehicle had done to it and what she paid for but she still hasn't received that information. She was told it would have been $200 less than it ended up being. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because honestly it just wasn't a good experience at all. She said it isn't like she knows a lot about these types of businesses and vehicle repairs but she didn't have a positive experience. She wasn't satisfied with the communication for the reasons already stated above about the price change and lack of email information. She would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated.
