Victoria said she had brought her vehicle in for a throttle body repair service. The staff accidentally created additional damages to her bumper. Her vehicle was in perfect condition before she brought her vehicle. They half way fixed the damages, however they only fixed the repair service half way. As a result, she is not happy with the level of repair services she received. A representative advised she needed a new bumper replacement. Victoria stated the staff was determining whether or not they were responsible for the additional damages to the bumper. They did replace some brackets on the inside, but there is a gap between the blinker and the body.
