ALTHOUGH I'VE HAD SUCESS AND SATISFACTION WITH OTHER VISITS, THIS ONE FELL SHORT. THIS VEHICLE WENT IN FOR ONLY AN OIL CHANGE WITH A CHECK ON ALL FLUID LEVELS. I KNOW THEY WERE LOW BEFORE THE SERVICE BUT KNEW IT WAS PART OF THE OIL CHANGE. THEY WERE UNTOUCHED WHEN PICKING UP THE VEHICLE. IN PARTICULAR BOTH THE WASHER FLUID AND ANTI-FREEZE. HAD TO TOP OFF BOTH MYSELF. THIS HAS NOT CHANGED MY CONFIDENCE IN THEIR REPAIR WORK
