My last oil change was done on time and seemed to be very thorough. On my way home, I stopped at my daughters house, about two miles away, and decided to look at the bill. I noticed that the wrong number of quarts of oil were listed. I than drove back to Moores to complain. It turned out that the woman writing the bill was in error as the technician said he in fact had put in the correct amount of oil. I feel that it is important that the bill be written out properly, it was not a busy day as she had stated that nine customers had failed to show up that morning.
