My service went good. Morrie's provided a loaner car when I arrived at the service bay. They said the car would take 2hrs and it took about 5hrs. No big deal as I was at work. They called with some recommended maintenance which I declined as the service had been done about 10,000 miles ago on it. Cabin Air Filter needed replacement along with a future replacement of the Engine Air Filter. I talked with the service person about the concern of replacing so fast and he made a note on my account to check when I had the next service. When I picked up my car I was slightly disappointed that the car had not been washed even though it stated it had.

Overall I would rate my experience as good. I did end up replacing my air filters on my own and spent $26 instead of $200+ to have them installed like on my roughly 17,000 mile service.

Best place for service on my Genesis
Just picked up a Genesis sedan and I did not care for the dealer that handled my service on my Veloster. Morrie's came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Friendly, professional and quick service. They are the best in town.

Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and seemed eager to help. The check in and check out processes were very efficient and smooth. The waiting room is comfortable and inviting. Service is good.
Service is good. But, I am still not understand why I should pay 33 dollars for rotating my tires. When I leased Rav4 from Toyota, 3 years ago, I had never paid the tire rotation fee for two year lease term. And, 33 dollars are still expensive than other others (private own) not dearler ship.

Appreciated Attention to Details
I bring my Sante Fe in for regular maintenance. I am always greeted with a smile upon arrival and have been checked in quickly. I appreciated the video from the service department showing what they had done and given suggestions on other services needed, asking before proceeding.

Warranty Replacement
I knew my A/C was on the edge. The dealer was able to diagnose without appt, despite a heavy schedule after a Holiday weekend. No extended warranty battle at all - new compressor covered, ordered, delivered the next morning, & installed. I had no problem leaving my car overnight, since rides to/from home were provided without any wait.
