Aaron said that he was not overall satisfied with the service provided by this business. The business was understaffed the day he was there and so it turned a three hour job into an all day job. They did not let him know this and he found that was very frustrating. He said the employees at this business were polite once he was able to get them on the phone. He did state that they overcharged him. He would not recommend this business for service because of all of the issues listed.

Aaron, Thank you for the kind words. Just to clarify, we had 3 separate diagnostic items that we came in right at my estimated allowance I had requested when the appointment was made. Fortunately, we were able to get one of them even repaired during the diagnosis. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do for you or if anything further happens with those locks.
