Clean, professional service..Car was done when told it would be.Pricing was higher but had manufacturing coupons making it comparable to other svc shops . I have chosen to make the dealership my service provider because it does CUT OUT ALL THE bickering between another service facility and the dealership when a major issue is discovered when your car is not serviced by the dealer they make it very difficult for a repair to be done if it is being serviced by an outside company ie Firestone American Car Care Etc. So Dealership basically forces you into using their service dept and at higher prices and huge wait time to get vehicle appt compared to other svc garages but as I stated so far the dealer services have been top lnotch and professional. Even tire prices were comparable so bought 4 tires at dealership which is great if you have road hazard purchased from them as then no bickering over a tire etc as dealerships svc do if tires were purchased at another tire shop..Basically you are trapped to utilize their service dept. So I have bowed to the almighty motor world..
