Great Customer Service. Appears to be very honest. This was my first experience with this company since Mr. Key is not the owner. Mr. Key’s business increased b/c of me. He was the most honest and reliable person every. I told everyone in Rutherford County about him. If you took your car there, he told you exactly what was wrong. He also would tell you no need to fix it right now; continue driving it. He knew and undated business would come and he would make money. He didn’t try to overcharge you or get over on you for any reason. He was super nice and honest. I never felt like he was trying to over charge me. I hope this shop will continue the way he did business. I moved to Missouri for 3.5 years is why this is my first experience.
