Rakesh said that this business did a good job. He cannot even tell that his vehicle was repaired. They did telephone his wife and told her that the vehicle was ready. When she got there it was not ready and it did inconvenience her because she had to get off work early. They made up for the inconvenience by delivering the vehicle to his house. It was ready when they promised.
