Friendly and they work hard to know your name
Years ago I pull have said the dealership was very pushy and only out to make money. Over the past several years they’ve become more service oriented, suggesting what needs done but not forcing their services on the patron.

The Advisor should have given you a timeframe when you checked in for the service. We are always looking to decrease our customer's wait time without sacrificing quality service. Rude used car manager
The used car manager spoke down to me in a rude tone I'm guessing because I'm a female. I explained to him that the finish on my car was not acceptable it is full of fish eyes dust and bugs in the paint they applied or finish it is still not satisfactory
