The helpful staff of mechanics and the great customer service.
I had an issue with the seat belt in my 2016 Hyundai Genisis. The service chasher Bebe , was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to check if the parts required to service the car was order and delivered. Bebe left from behind the counter and walked me over to parts, spoke to the chasher in the parts department to ensure that this safety matter was addressed with urgency. This was customer service at it's best. She was very understanding to make an appointment that was convenient for me to have the car serviced. She call me a day before the appointment as a reminder, which was very thoughtful. The service was great . Two thumbs up!
