As usual, the care both my car and I received at Norm's was exceptional. I had scheduled "just an oil change". The mechanic found some other problems and gave me the option to 'fix it now" (which I selected for the tire with a nail in it) or "set up an appointment for later" (which I selected for the low power steering fluid problem). A couple of problems were just fixed as part of what gets done during an oil change - not so commonly done at some other repair shops. When I left Norm's, my grouchy mood had significantly lifted (thanks guys for letting me vent about my problems) and my car was driving like it was 10 years younger.
