We had a scheduled appointment for an oil and filter change and to check and see if the vehicle a had sirius radio unit installed. I verified the concerns with the customer prior to the car going in to the shop for the service. There was no mention of wiper blades or inserts(which are not an option on a 2010 Audi A6) or we would have done then. Our prices are very competitive and often better then most. We did take care of the service in a timely manner while he waited.
