Customer made appointment to have us replace the front brake rotors based on another Audi dealerships finding. Was told by customer the front brake rotors were warped causing his pulsation and it was due to aftermarket brake rotors being installed. The rotors that were originally installed came from Audi(unable to get after market for A8) the audi dealer did a 1 time only part warranty. We installed the brake rotors per finding from another facility. Didn't hear back from customer after repairs were done. I tried to contact customer and his v/m box is full and not able reach for comment.
