Not a positive experience at all. As I expected from purchase. There was an issue with the brakes. I was assures by the service manager that he would stand by his work. The pads were replaced. Not the rotors. Which is the issue. When I brought it in. He t

Customer made appointment for 3/13/2014 and came in for oil service and pulsation during braking. Vehicle was written up and then road tested to verify concern. Upon return from road test customer stated he was NOT able to wait and needed to leave. He stated he would call to reschedule. Customer did not call back for reschedule so the work order was closed out. We were NOT given the opportunity to address his concerns.
