Jessie said she had great interaction with the receptionist. She said she was a wonderful people-person, handled everything for her, got the rental vehicle together for her and there wasn't too much she had to do on her own. She noted she was very much pleased with the cleanliness of her vehicle inside and out. She added being in the business didn't even feel like she was in a vehicle repair business. She said the mechanics weren't all greasy or dirty and she couldn't even tell they were mechanics. She stated she is very particular with cleanliness and they didn't even stink.
