Armilenta said she really appreciates that the young woman at the front desk went out of her way to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. She said the woman acknowledged her as soon as she walked through the door she called the rental company to make sure her rental vehicle was going to be there. She was told the rental was going to be there in 20 minutes, but as it got close to that time she called back and found out that it was going to be a little late and she let her know. The person who did the appraisal was very outgoing and friendly, she did a great job. She really appreciates all of their hard work and their effort to make sure everything was done on time. The side of her vehicle that they repaired was cleaned and the tires were washed, but the other side wasn't. She said she had assumed the whole vehicle would be washed.
