James said he was satisfied with the body work, but at the end he told them the headlight that was fixed was pointing down. They disagreed and told him the other headlight was pointing too high, so he explained they adjusted it down so he would look like an $?s. Now both headlights and brights are pointing down, so he will have to return for another adjustment. The staff had a smart aleck attitude about the headlights. His vehicle was ready several days later, due to parts.

After reviewing the workorder, it had been established that at no time during the repairs were the headlamps removed or adjusted. Any adjustment that he felt was needed was an issue prior to vehicle arriving at the shop. We attempted to explain this to the customer. As for the angle of the lamps, the customer is asking us to adjust it higher than the standard height/aim required. We did adjust the lamps to the appropriate height.
