Jeremy said he is still having some issues with the repairs. The hood is not aligned properly and there are still some blemishes in the paint work. They did not sand down his vehicle before they painted it. He would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned and because he had unspecified issues with his previous visit.

Jeremy has met with us here at the shop and his issues are in the process of being resolved.  His insurance company had us install an aftermarket hood on his vehicle.  This is the cause of the alignment issues he was seeing.  We have since spoken to the insurance company for him to have this hood replaced with an OEM hood.  His vehicle was sanded down before paint as all vehicles are.  There is a small piece of trash in the paint inside a lip on the bumper under the headlamp.  We will be taking care of this as soon as he brings the vehicle back in. We are disappointed to see this review as we were not made aware of his concerns since he picked up his vehicle.  We will continue to do everything we can to provide him with a satisfactory repair.
