Wayne said he will never go back to the business again. The business should have been honest with him. He brought his vehicle in to the business with a $30 coupon for service, he learned that his vehicle needed synthetic oil and 6 quarts instead of 5. He planned to pay for the extra quart, the quarts cost $7.50. When he received his bill it was $65. He did not know the coupon did not work for synthetic oil, the representative did not tell him the coupon did not work, and the coupon did not exclude synthetic oil.
