The staff was friendly and did everything they could to help solve the problem with my car. Gary Arabaci the master technician came and personally took care of my car and fixed the problem. This service department staff goes above and beyond for the customer.

Regular Service
Service attendant was prompt getting my information and referring me to a service person. He was also prompt in taking my information and determining what service I was requesting to be done. The service rep kept me informed of their progress and offered other services IF I was interested. Overall everything was handled as it should be.

Service dept is and always has been great.

Too bad your sales department can't be half as good as the service dept. My next vehicle will not be purchased at O'Brien.

Would highly recommend your service dept, but not buying a car.
