Was a very smooth transaction from beginning to end. The service on my opinion was done in a timely and professional manner. If I had only one complaint it would be that the question about what was the warranty would be from this point on with the new transmission was unclear at the time of picking up our vehicle. The paperwork for this was supposed to be with the receptionist as service department was closed. It took more than one call to find out the answer. We were told to call the corporate office at first then we finally got the answer the next day before I got the chance to call corporate. all and all it was a good experience and with some lack of communication about warranty the confusion was cleared up. Thank you all again for getting my vehicle up and running.
