Excellent Service
In this day and age finding a good/trustworthy mechanic is almost as hard as finding a new doctor. One Way Auto is a diamond in the rough. This family owned auto repair service is one of those shops everyone wants to take their car to. I have been using One Way for several years and wouldn't consider taking my vehicles anywhere else. I have had a considerable amount of work done on 3 different vehicles and have never worried about it not being done right the first time.

Ken said this overall experience with the oil change was great. However, he has not been satisfied with his past experiences. He has 3 vehicles and always drops them off early in the morning. They do not finish until 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm, no matter how simple the service is. They always close from 12 pm-1 pm for lunch. Also, he had to take his vehicles back 2-3 times to get it right. A few times he had to look at his vehicle and tell them what was wrong. The only reason he goes there is because it is convenient. Everyone told him to stay away from this business. He will not go there again. He will tell everyone to stay away from them.

Unnecessary work and expense
We were not pleased on our last visit. We had been trying to shop local, but after this last visit, we won't be back. We took our car in due to overheating. The original diagnosis was a bad thermostat and it was replaced for $175. After that, it still wasn't fixed, so the water pump was replaced at $700. Still, the problem was not corrected and we were informed that the head gasket (warped or cracked). To fix at this point, would have cost more than the car was worth. So basically, we spent almost $900, didn't get it fixed, and ended up having to get rid of it.
We feel that there surely should have been a way to not spend that much money, with no positive results.

Always look out for the customer!
We needed to have an A/C part replaced on a 2002 Ford SuperCrew Truck. The part couldn't be purchased NEW anywhere but from Ford, and was going to cost over $1000! They knew that wasn't going to work for us so they located a used part at less than half the price! We didn't ask them to do that, they did it before calling us to give an estimate. I was pleased with the service we received and highly recommend them.
