Martino said his daughter bought a vehicle at this business and it is a basically a lemon. He put $600 into this vehicle and it will not pass the emissions check. The vehicle no longer does anything but no one will buy it. He would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons mentioned.

Latoya said the service at this business was horrible. They told her something was wrong with her vehicle but when she took it to another facility, that business told her there was nothing wrong. She would not recommend them to others.

Ms Coleman had a leaking oil pan gasket. When we do an oil change which is one of the services that she got we notice that oil was leaking from her oil pan and we let her know that it was leaking and told her the price to repair the problem. We apoligize for the misunderstanding and hope that we can earn her business again.

Anita said she had a Groupon for an oil change. The Groupon did not state anything about high mileage vehicles but she anticipated an extra charge. She called twice to try and make an appointment but was told it was not necessary and that it would not take that long. She took her vehicle in on a Saturday at 10:00 am. Her vehicle sat for an hour until they got to it at 11:15 am, then it only took them 15 minutes to do an oil change but they did not do an inspection. The waiting area was freezing and she did not want to deal with them any longer. She would not recommend them to others because of the reasons mentioned.

friendly workers
I would like to thank you for excellent customer service everyone was very nice to me! I will be back in a few wks for rotors and a oil change. I have found new mechanics that are nice and very professional.

Ervin said this business explained everything to him and they sounded very honest. It did not seem like he was being cheated and they had reasonable prices. He was told how long it would take, he did not have to wait around, and it was not frustrating. All he wanted was honesty and reliability, which they did a good job.
