Need resolution ASAP
We are very disappointed in your service center. We brought our Tucson in and had issues with the battery checked, oil changed, heating element on drivers seat checked & mileage read. We were charged $108 for the service. Our battery was rated as good ( we just bought this battery from you in July,(which was a replacement for a battery we bought from you that was still under warranty) & have had several problems with a dead battery. Your service center said it was good. We parked it for 2 days with all lights & systems off. Came out & it was dead again! We called AAA (we have had to call them 3 times with this battery issue). Your battery was tested by the AAA guy & it was dead! AAA had a hard time starting it. I went online to check out issues with Hyundai batteries. When I did, I saw hundreds if not thousands of complaints about your batteries.

We purchased a $124 battery from AAA. This is infuriating since we just bought this battery in July. Can your dealership make this issue right by us? We have 3 Hyundai's that we have serviced by you. If you are unable to make this right. We will no longer bring our cars in for service, except for mileage being read. Since all 3 are
Out of warranty, there is no compelling reason to continue to use Alexander Hyundai if the service/parts are not up to acceptable standards. We have had this battery issue with 2 straight Hyundai batteries. After reading online the plethora of complaints on Hyundai I am expecting some sort of resolution. If you are unable to do so, we will
No longer be using Alexander Hyundai. In fact, we just took one of the Elantras to another service to fix an issue ($508) because I did not want to use Alexander until his issue is resolved. If it is not, we will just use you for our mileage being read. I hope to hear from you soon.

By the way, we have changed our callback number 3 times when we have brought in our cars and you still call the house even though we have repeatedly asked you to use the number below
