Good Job
I needed several maintenance services due to reaching 60,000 miles. I had to state to Jeff what I wanted and I forgot a couple, oil change and A/C service. He printed out a list of services I requested and the pricing, but I needed extra time to be upsold to perhaps remember what I had forgotten. Jeff was short on service staff and seemed to have his mind on several things. I like this full-service shop a lot, I'm only stating the facts here because I was slightly disappointed this time out of many visits here.

Thank you for your input you are spot on. I printed you an estimate for everything you specifically requested, scheduled and performed that work. Having not worked on your vehicle for the last 35,000 miles I made the assumtion you knew you recent vehicle maintenance history better than I, and did not suggest anything else. I appologize for making that assumtion, I should have asked who had been doing your routine maintenance and if everything else was up to date or not. The day you visited my office we were a little short handed and have since added 2 more staff members to help out. Thank you again for your business and input both are very appreciated. Jeff
