Service time was the worst!
Although I agree with other customers, the staff is incredibly friendly. That said, I was scheduled for a tune up, detail and minor exterior touch-up. I took the car in at the appointed time of 9:00 am on Tuesday morning. Jason called to ask me if I could wait until Friday to pick up and I told him that would be fine. I called for a status update Friday afternoon and was informed they were just doing the exterior and detail work, however, had been "too busy" to get to the tune-up. I am now faced with rescheduling or taking my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, this is unacceptable and makes me feel my business is just not of much importance to them. A simple phone call letting me know the status would have been nice! I will go elsewhere for service unless there is some restitution for the major inconvenience.

Jan, First thank you for your feedback on this situation. Second thank you for trusting in us and allowing us to show you that every customer does count and is important to everyone of us in every department. Although I was not on site when this breakdown happened, I contacted the other managers and owners to get the ball rolling in the right direction. I hope that you see we pulled together and proved to you what kind of repair facility we are. I am very sorry that this happened and hope we have taken care of all your concerns. We strive to meet all reasonable expectations and thank you for letting us know how we failed and what we needed to fix.
