I have been having my 2008 Hyundai serviced at dealership since day 1. It's always been a good experience. The coffee & pretzels offered make waiting for the car more pleasant. It's like one big happy family.

Great Service
Easy to schedule an appointment online and it seems like the last appt of the day is later than it was previously, which is nice for working people. Holly is terrific - In fact although I was bringing the car in for a simple oil change, she noticed that my state inspection was overdue and so added it to the service call. Thanks Holly. Always love the coffee, tea and pretzel and the wifi (almost relaxing) Grateful for the car care and inspection discounts

My only pet peeve is the mechanics changing my car seat settings. I am short, so I have my seat pulled up. I can understand the mechanics having to move the seat back to drive it in/out of the service bays, I don't understand why they change my other settings - seat height, seat back position, steering wheel position etc. It takes me a day to get comfortable in my car again.

Acceptable, not exceptional
Most recent service visit was okay, but not as good as expected. additional services were offered at a high price with little value differentiation from lower-cost services. Such as: charging a lot to replace a cabin filter, 'emissions quality testing' that is distinct from the regular PA exam, took a little longer than anticipated. no problems during the visit, i guess i had standards so high for Pacifico it was a bit of a let down.

The Dealership
Hyundai is a good dealership but needs to come and get the client and show me my new parts ans take for a test drive and like i said they never reset my car back so now i have to google and figure it out on my own.
