Frederick said he loves this place. He did have 2 little issues. One is that the lights do not come on when he opens up the vehicle doors. The other is that the rubber on the back right window is creasing. The employees are extremely professional, they know what they're doing and they're knowledgeable.

Ralph said he has been a longtime customer of this business. This is the first time that he has had issues with this business. His vehicle is usually kept in the garage. Of all of the issues, the most frustrating was that his vehicle was left outside and exposed to over a 100 degree sun. There was obvious sun damage on the interior. After getting the vehicle home, he discovered a rat had chewed a hole in his seat and there was a large scratch on the side of the vehicle. This business did repair the scratch, and did a nice job. He did not pursue the rat damage. He had no way of proving the problem occurred while at this facility. The insurance company handled the estimate.

Camela said she took the vehicle in, and it was 2 weeks before the staff even started on her vehicle. The insurance company gave her a rental, but eventually took the rental away, as they only paid for 4 weeks. The staff didn't notify her about the vehicle, and they made a lot of issues with parts with the insurance company. She stated regarding the person who helped her named Lisa, her supervisor needs to be aware that she is not following up on anything, and Lisa didn't make her feel like she was going to take care of anything. She was never contacted when she was supposed to have been and Camela had to call constantly
