Ruben said he received good quality, good customer service and he had an excellent agent who helped him out. It was top notch quality. He said his vehicle was not ready when promised because the estimator had to come out 3 times, but he did not elaborate as to how late that made the vehicle. However, they did communicate with him openly about the delay. His insurance did the estimate. He did not communicate with this facility, all the communication came through A. J. Jordan.
