Spoke with David. He said this business paid attention to detail and they did their best to get Mercedes parts to make his vehicle whole again. Everyone that assisted him was personable and kept him informed by computer or telephone. He did not have to do anything but sit back and wait for the work to be completed. Everything turned out wonderfully.

Spoke with Scott. He said there are a few minor things that didn't get fixed, like the rubber seals, which are still leaking air. His vehicle was delayed by two weeks because they were behind. He had to make all of the calls as well.

John said it was fine and good. The actual cost of the repair was a few hundred more than the original estimate. He was actually good on explaining why and the way it was explained was logical. There was not much damage. About a half inch dent was on his vehicle and the material used to seal it was a composite material. The whole tailgate was replaced. It took 15 days longer than promised due to the paint work. Gary kept him well informed.

Peggy said she has gone to this business since 1990. They are a great business. She got excellent service. Greg goes above and beyond to help her with her vehicle. Her vehicle was ready a day before promised. She was very appreciative of Greg and his hard work. It definitely shows through this business.

Adriana said this business was perfect. She had no complaints. They kept her informed all the time, which was really important to her. They were quick and the repair took ten days.
