Spoke with Nicole. She said her vehicle is working fine and she was overall very satisfied with it. A few little things she was a little disappointed in was the cleanliness of her vehicle and the gas tank was almost empty and when she dropped it off it was full. But it was not that big of a deal. Once she spoke with Raul she was satisfied with the way things were handled. She had nothing to do with the estimate. The Progressive employees Lucas, Kevin and Cody all lied to her and she mentioned this business needs to look into them. She chose this facility because she knew they would use Jaguar parts.

James said the employees did a nice job and didn't cause any problems. There was a delay because while the employees were working on the vehicle the battery died so they had to get that fixed, he does not recall how long the delay was.

Frank said he was not happy with the quality of the repair, it was a horrible experience. The staff left scratches on the right side of his vehicle that were not there before. They put a part on his vehicle without his permission and charged him for the part out of pocket instead of going through the insurance company. He was not satisfied with the facility's communication, and would not recommend them because of his overall experience.

He said the location was convenient to his home and the staff did a good job. He chose this business in part because of the location and he wanted his repairs to be done at a business affiliated with the manufacturer.

John said there was a problem with the insurance company about the cost of a part and he had to pay 800 dollars out of pocket. He said the insurance company would only pay 200 dollars. He said there is a program that handles issue like this and he would highly recommend they enroll in a program this.

Robert said he had the worst customer experience he has ever had at this business. He has never been treated with the indifference, rudeness or complete lack of communication. He took his vehicle in because the side mirror got pushed in by a lawn service. He was told it would take a day and half to do the repair. After a month of his vehicle being there he called them. They never called him once to update him on the repair process. When he called they told him his vehicle was going to the wash, he was happy it was finally done. He arrived and found out the windshield was not replaced. It was a part of the work order. They tried to pass it off to All State. He called All State, they said it was already paid for. The worker at this business agreed to take care of it. He said they could replace the windshield. They took a week to do the windshield. When he went to pick up the vehicle after the windshield repair he noticed a spot on the paint had been rubbed off and the worker said it was already like that. Robert did not agree and the worker said he would provide a photo, but he has not so far. The quality of the repair is sub par , they damaged something they were supposed to repair. They did not apologize and he was never treated politely at this business. He has choices where he can go for his repairs and this place is no longer an option for him.

Sara said there were some issues with the original estimate between her and the insurance company. After the approval, she received a different estimate that was $1500 more. There was a lack of overall communication and with the person that did the estimate. She got three different stories from three different people. This business was chosen for the repair because she had previous repair experience with them, and they had originally diagnosed the vehicle problem.

Thomas said that Lisa did a fantastic job. She was actually his only contact and she was excellent. He chose this facility because he purchased three other vehicles from the business. He also has friends that are in management at the business. He added the only issue he had was that it took a lot longer than he thought it would take.
