Dinesh said the business took more than a month to replace his bumper. They did not give him a finish date, but the vehicle was completed when they went to pick it up. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process, so he wasn't satisfied with the communication nor would he recommend this business.

Zoey said the final product looked perfect. There is a dispute between the insurance company and the body facility. Her vehicle was not ready for almost 3 to 4 weeks. Right now she is claiming the rental vehicle money from the insurance or this facility. The insurance is refusing to pay saying this facility was late, according to the insurance. This facility is telling her it is the insurances fault. She is going to be calling this facility today. She paid $471 out of pocket for the rental because the rental was supposed to be paid by USAA. The total cost of the rental was almost $800. USAA paid part because they said this facility took longer to repair the vehicle. She has to follow up with this business. They wont cover the $471 she paid out of pocket. If the insurance say its this facility's fault then they have to pay it back. AJ an employee at this business was very helpful and updated her that USAA was not approving the supplement and it took a long time to approve the supplement. When she went to collect her vehicle AJ was off and not working, she did not want to argue with enterprise , so she just paid the cost. AJ was supposed to follow up with the insurance. AJ told her the estimate USAA provided her was inadequate so they had to go through the process and she does not know how long that process took or where the delays came from. This is the second time she has been to this facility , she likes their work ethics. It is a reputable facility and they did work for her in the past on a dent.
