Bahram said this business was very good. The scheduling was great and the agent that helped him was a fantastic guy. He messaged him daily. Everything was good and it was handled beautifully. The final work was also great. He got his vehicle back 3 days sooner than it was promised.

Tracy said the work turned out great , it was just the fact that her vehicle was not cleaned in the inside. There was a button sitting on her dash that belonged on her ignition. So she will be taking it back in to get it cleaned and to get the button put back in it's place. Ajay did an excellent job communicating.

Maria said initially the technician was very nice and polite. When she returned to the business he did not appear to be the same person. The technician did not greet or look at her. She was not happy about the way she was not acknowledged. She finally addressed him with a hello and let him know that she had felt slighted. He apologized with an explanation of it being a rough day and that he was having problems with his daughter. They agreed that his behavior was unnecessary. In addition to her receiving a last minute call to pick up her vehicle and her arriving prior to closing she found a few spots on her vehicle that needed to be retouched. Once that was done she was okay. She recommends this business if they do not have to deal with that one individual.

Ashley said that the staff was pretty fast and efficient with doing the work. They also kept her up to date on everything that was happening. She explained about having to turn her rental vehicle in on a certain date, and the vehicle was ready that same day. Doug was a great person to work with, she received great customer service and she had a rental through Enterprise on site, so she didn't have to drive to a different place.
