Ryan said that he was yelled at in the parking lot by the service advisor when he went to pick up his vehicle. He said that his vehicle was two weeks later than promised, he was told that there were delays getting the parts, the facility had received the wrong parts and other reasons. His vehicle was at the business for 4 weeks and the repairs are still not completed. The front bumper has not arrived, when it does arrive the facility will contact him and has offered to attach the bumper for him. Based on his entire experience he is not satisfied with anything including the repairs. He was not kept updated or informed during his repairs. He tried to use the internal message feature from the business website whenever possible so that there was a record of his numerous attempts to find out the status of his vehicle during the repair process. He would leave numerous messages before someone would respond and sometimes he received no response at all from the staff. He said that the estimator missed issues with his windshield and when they were going over that, he and the staff discovered there were chips in his paint all over the front end. He said that these had to be added to his repairs and if these they had been documented earlier the delays may not have been so long. He was not satisfied with his treatment by the personnel because the staff person yelled at him in the parking lot in front of other customers. The staff person was on the phone with his insurance company and was attempting to get the paperwork in order. Ryan told him that since the facility didn't seem to have everything ready, he would take his vehicle and return when it was ready for him. He exited the building and proceeded to get into his vehicle. The staff person he had been working with followed him outside and began yelling at him, telling him he had been on the phone with the insurance company and was trying to get this done for him. Frank said he was not happy with the quality of the repair, it was a horrible experience. The staff left scratches on the right side of his vehicle that were not there before. They put a part on his vehicle without his permission and charged him for the part out of pocket instead of going through the insurance company. He was not satisfied with the facility's communication, and would not recommend them because of his overall experience.

Robert said he had the worst customer experience he has ever had at this business. He has never been treated with the indifference, rudeness or complete lack of communication. He took his vehicle in because the side mirror got pushed in by a lawn service. He was told it would take a day and half to do the repair. After a month of his vehicle being there he called them. They never called him once to update him on the repair process. When he called they told him his vehicle was going to the wash, he was happy it was finally done. He arrived and found out the windshield was not replaced. It was a part of the work order. They tried to pass it off to All State. He called All State, they said it was already paid for. The worker at this business agreed to take care of it. He said they could replace the windshield. They took a week to do the windshield. When he went to pick up the vehicle after the windshield repair he noticed a spot on the paint had been rubbed off and the worker said it was already like that. Robert did not agree and the worker said he would provide a photo, but he has not so far. The quality of the repair is sub par , they damaged something they were supposed to repair. They did not apologize and he was never treated politely at this business. He has choices where he can go for his repairs and this place is no longer an option for him.

Dinesh said the business took more than a month to replace his bumper. They did not give him a finish date, but the vehicle was completed when they went to pick it up. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process, so he wasn't satisfied with the communication nor would he recommend this business.

Jerry said he took his vehicle into the business with front end damaged. They were paid by his insurance to repair two small holes in the hood, but they determined the damage was not caused by the accident, that the damage was from rocks hitting his vehicle. They attempted to spray paint over it, but the holes are still visible. He called the business yesterday to make a complaint, and was told he would get a call back. They have not called him back yet. His vehicle took a total of 6 weeks to be repaired. He is unsure the cause of the delay, he was given so many excuses. He was not satisfied with the person who estimated the damage on his vehicle because they are wrong about the damage on his hood. He was not satisfied with the communication and would not recommend the business for service.

Ginger said there were multiple delays with her experience at this facility. There was a lack of communication, and no returned calls to her messages left after getting the vehicle in for repainting. She even called the staff to see if they could help her with a rental. She had asked for the tires to be rotated and for an oil change while she was there. She was told they don't do that. She failed to take a photo of the odometer, beforehand. When she asked them to do that, it took them 4 days . Her vehicle was late by a week and a half, due to those and insurance delays. She would not recommend this business, for those reasons.

Rick said he didn't have a good experience. When he picked up the vehicle, it wasn't cleaned or detailed. His windshield was broken. Some of the work wasn't done. He wasn't given a promised time but his vehicle was at the facility for over a month. The employees were rude and their customer service was horrible. They are trying to make things right. As of now, he wouldn't recommend this facility.

Spoke with Scott. He said it took this business 45 days for the repairs to be completed. This was due to the fact that this business only has 1 vehicle lift and they had to wait to be able to use it for these repairs. When he picked up the vehicle parts fell off and they had to take it back to this business for repairs. There was still rattling going on with the vehicle when his daughter left for college and his daughter now has to take it to the dealership near her school. He has called this business and is still working on this issue. He was not kept informed by the staff at this business about her vehicle. He was not satisfied with the staff's treatment, their communication or the person who prepared his estimate.

Body Shop Management thinks customers are dumb!
Steer Clear of this location. Body shop management says your car is fixed even when it clearly drives crooked. Took my car in and they put a control arm in and alignment. Car still drifts to the right. Management likes the argue with you. Took my car somewhere else today and they agree that car pulls to the right. Will be sending park place the bill for all the wasted time over there. Car went back 3 times, and still not fixed.

If you have an older Mercedes (2010 or older) DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE for repairs!! I had a 2010 ML350 that I paid $40,000 from Park place back in 2012. I loved my car!! By the time 2018 comes around my car is paid for and is still in great working order. Until in may of 2018 I had a pickup truck reverse into me, I took my car to Park Place Mercedes body shop in grapevine to get repaired. After about 10 days I receive a call from the insurance company to say my car was being totaled as my expected repair bill was going to be $13,000 plus, just To fix a rear door and rear panel. After telling Mercedes I wanted to pick my car up to take to get a different quote I was given a bill of $1040 most of which was for storage. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Edward said this business had really poor communication. His vehicle took 3 weeks instead of two because they lost his fuel cap. They had to order another one and it took about a week to come in. His experience was bad and so was the service. He was happy with the repair but he was not happy with the communication. He will not return.

Erin said she is not happy with this business. It took 3 weeks to complete $600 worth of minor damage to her vehicle. She was expecting exceptional service and that is not what she received. There is a huge gap between the bumper and hood assembly with additional damage. She was given a rental vehicle in which the glass cracked from the heat. The business did not extend her rental vehicle date even though they are still working on repairing the additional damage to her vehicle.

Brandon said he was not satisfied with his experience. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because some things are still not fixed. His vehicle was supposed to be ready in 5 or 7 days but it took 6 weeks and it would have taken another 3 weeks if he had not complained. He went in for a window repair and while his vehicle was there, it was broken into but this facility is going to fix what was broken. He was not kept adequately informed because he had to call in and sometimes did not get a return phone call for days or sometimes even weeks at a time. He was not satisfied with the estimate because the estimate was $2,100 and the repairs ended up costing $5,900. He was not satisfied with the personnel or the mechanics because he had to call in for updates. He would not recommend this business for reasons already stated.

Poor Service, lack of communication and kept my vehicle for over 5 weeks
Horrible service from Body shop estimator, very little communication, I had to call to find status each week, was dropped off 6/7 and picked up 7/17 Way too long... Manager got involved but was not able to speed up the process. Tried to contact Dealer GM, but could not get past receptionist on the phone. found there were delays on submitting items to the insurance company, including a supplement that almost did not let me pick up the vehicle on 7/17. Very disappointed as Sales and Service provide excellent service. Unfortunately, I think I'm not going to upgrade to my next Mercedes with Park Place.

Kelly said they neglected to fix part of the damage and they wasted his time. He was not given a promise of time. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because they either missed part of the work or it just didn't get done. He was treated inconsiderately. They gave him his vehicle even though it was not ready.

Charles said the business repaired more work than authorized. He had to pay an additional $1,600. He was only scheduled to pay a $500 deductible. He was not given a promise of time. They had his vehicle for 34 days. He had to call the business daily to receive updates. The estimator would not call him. He has been waiting a week and a half and has not received a call. He had to call him and explain the location of the damages. If the estimator would have performed a walkthrough, the damages would have been found. He thinks the personnel falsified documents by stating the vehicle was in the paint area, when it was not painted until right before it was picked up. He chose this business because they repair sports vehicles.

Randius said the his entire experience at the business was terrible. They had his vehicle for over thirty days, when the estimator told him they would take fifteen days. Part of the delay was due to the insurance company but that was only a ten day delay. His insurance policy on the rental had expired and they would not pick up the tab until his wife had spoken to them. The facility did not keep him updated. He would have to call his estimator and the person who was assigned to his vehicle, Raul, was never available. He has had a bad experience with the business before but used them again because they work on his specific type of vehicle. His entire experience was terrible, the customer service was poor and he would not recommend them.

Charles said he was not satisfied with his experience because it took longer than it should have. He was not satisfied with the quality of work performed on his vehicle or the length of time it took. His vehicle was broken into during the time they had his vehicle. He was satisfied with the quality of the repair for the most part but he was not satisfied with the tinting of his vehicle. He had to have them strip the first tint job and redo it. Since the first tint job was covered by the insurance company, he had to pay out of pocket for them to do it a second time. He was not given a promise of time. The repairs needed were minor, such as the side mirror and the window but even those small repairs took almost a month to get done. He was never informed or told by the staff at the business that his vehicle was broken into. He found out about his vehicle being broken into by his credit card company because someone was trying to use his credit card. He was told his vehicle was left unlocked at the business. If his vehicle was locked and his vehicle was in storage, then his belongings would have never been stolen. He would not recommend the business to others because of the reasons mentioned.
