Yvonne said this business was not perfect but they were good. She was not given a promise date. There was a gap in notifications she was receiving about her vehicle. They notified her through every stage up until painting, after that last notification she did not receive anymore for a week until they called to say her vehicle was ready to pick up. She was not sure what really happened in that time frame of them bringing the vehicle in for paint and then telling her the vehicle was ready.
